restrict products based on product group to user groups

README
After installation you will be able set N user-groups for every product group. Products with restricted product groups will be shown only to users that are in at least one of the user groups assigned to at least one of the product groups of the product.
If the product has no restricted product group, then it will be visible (and buyable) by all users regardless of user group.
