This Package comes with a console command. You should run this after every update of your packages - but at least before every deployment:

vendor/bin/console update:versionTracker

In your backend you'll have a new entry called "Version Info". In the corresponding popup you are now able to click "refresh". Every refresh will afterwards show only the changes since the last refresh.
